On Tuesday, Feb 27 at 20:45h - 21:45h at the Sport Center Boris Trajkovski we will have the opportunity to enjoy in Kraftwerk.
Kraftwerk is a German band formed in Düsseldorf in 1970 by Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider. Widely considered to be innovators and pioneers of electronic music, they were among the first successful acts to popularize the genre. The group began as part of West Germany's experimental krautrock scene in the early 1970s before embracing electronic instrumentation, including synthesizers, drum machines, vocoders, and self-made instruments, in the middle of the decade. On commercially successful albums such as Autobahn (1974), Trans-Europe Express (1977), and The Man-Machine (1978), Kraftwerk developed a self-described "robot pop" style that combined electronic music with pop melodies, sparse arrangements, and repetitive rhythms, while adopting a stylized image including matching suits.

LAIBACH with a concert in Skopje on March 27, 2018 is promoting the fantastic new album Also Sprach Zarathustra in front of the Macedonian audience! After three years, one of the most influential groups in the Yugoslav regions, with the greatest international success, is returning to us for the first time in the YCC, in a much more intimate atmosphere than ever before.
The music from the new album, LAIBACH, was composed for the theater play "So spoke Zarathustra", founded on one of the most important philosophical works by Friedrich Nietzsche, directed by Matjaz Berger at the Anton Podbevsek Theater in Novo Mesto. The Skopje concert is part of the European tour for this album, where the band performs a completely new concert program, the songs from the current album, but also the classics from its repertoire in a new arrangement, which they have not been performing for years.
