SLOW FOOD SALON

The first edition of “SLOW FOOD SALON” will be held on 18-19 October at the hotel “Alexander Palace”, Skopje. Manufacturers will showcase their authentic and highly quality products and tell their stories to visitors who will have the opportunity to be informed, educated and tasted first hand.
On the show will be present products originating from Macedonian agrobiodiversity, products from Ark of Flavors, Macedonian Slow Food Presidiums, traditional processed foods and organic products. Fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, traditional cheeses, meat products, small wineries wines, craft beers, distillates …
The salon will offer flavors that Slow Food Macedonia has been protecting, supporting and promoting for over 10 years through its network.
Slow Food unites members, activists, producers, experts, chefs, journalists around the philosophy of “Good, clean and fair food for all!”
