Exhibition “Old Balkan Photographs”

The State Archives of Macedonia and the State Agency of Archives of the Republic of Bulgaria presented a joint exhibition entitled “Old Balkan Photographs” featuring photographs of architecture, folk costumes, customs and crafts from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. in the Balkans.

The exhibition is an international joint project of the two institutions and consists of 25 exhibition panels with 206 photographs, which represent the history of everyday life in both countries from the second half of the XIX century to the thirties of the XX century. Architecture, customs, crafts are some of the topics covered in the exhibition.

The exhibition will be set from June 15 to 22, 2022.
